Neo Legal Services Professional Corporation provides licensed paralegal services within the scope authorized by the Law Society of Ontario. A formal retainer agreement must be signed before representation begins.

3. No Solicitor-Client Relationship

Use of this website does not create a solicitor-client relationship. Such a relationship is only formed upon execution of a retainer agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not misuse the platform for unlawful purposes
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner

5. Fees & Payment

All fees are disclosed before services begin. Fixed-fee arrangements are outlined in the retainer agreement. Additional fees for out-of-scope work require prior written approval.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Neo Legal Services Professional Corporation and protected by Canadian intellectual property law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neo Legal Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, except as required by Ontario law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
