NEO is incorporated in Ontario, licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, and works in Ontario's courts and tribunals every day. Our office is at Unit 236, 1099 Kingston Road, Pickering, in Durham Region.

Why local knowledge matters

  • Ontario's legal system has its own rules, forms and deadlines: the Small Claims Court rules, the Residential Tenancies Act, the Highway Traffic Act, the Employment Standards Act and more.
  • Court and tribunal offices have their own procedures, filing portals and hearing practices.
  • Many deadlines are short. Knowing the local process helps avoid missing one.
