What is CASL?
Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) protects consumers and businesses from the misuse of digital technology, including spam and other electronic threats. It sets out rules for sending Commercial Electronic Messages (CEMs).
Our Compliance Commitment
Neo Legal Services Professional Corporation is dedicated to CASL compliance. We will not send you any Commercial Electronic Messages unless:

- Implied Consent: We have an existing business or professional relationship with you (e.g., you are a client or have made an inquiry within the last 6 months).

Unsubscribing
Every non-essential commercial message we send will include a clear, functional unsubscribe mechanism. If you choose to unsubscribe, we will remove you from our marketing lists within 10 business days.
