NEO's paperless document vault

Every document in your matter, from your first upload to the final order, is kept in a private, encrypted vault that you can reach from your client portal.

Paper files get lost, and email attachments get buried. NEO keeps each matter's documents together, in one secure place.

How the vault works

  • Upload documents from your phone or computer in the client portal, or drag and drop them in.
  • Documents we prepare or receive, such as court forms, letters and decisions, are added to your file as the matter progresses.
  • Documents that need your signature can be signed electronically.

Who can see your files

  • Files are stored in private, encrypted storage. They have no public web address.
  • A file opens only for a signed-in person who is allowed to see it: you, and the people working on your matter.

When your matter ends

When your file is closed, you can receive a complete copy of it. We keep the file for the period the Law Society's rules require, and then dispose of it securely.

Going paperless

Working without paper is faster and easier to search, and it reduces the risk of losing an important page. If you prefer paper copies, just ask.
