Province-wide service: NEO helps clients across Ontario

NEO's office is in Pickering, but we help clients across Ontario. Many steps happen online, and we can attend courts and tribunals throughout the province.

Ontario's courts and tribunals increasingly work online. Many filings are made through electronic portals, many hearings happen by video, and documents can be signed electronically. That means you can work with NEO from anywhere in the province.

How it works at a distance

  • Consultations by phone or video.
  • Identity checks online, as part of setting up your account.
  • Documents and signatures through the secure client portal.
  • Filings through the court's or tribunal's online systems where available.
  • Hearings by video or phone when the court or tribunal holds them that way.

Some hearings and trials are in person. We can attend courts and tribunals across Ontario. Travel time and costs for distant locations are explained and agreed in your retainer before any trip.

Where we work most

We see many clients from Durham Region, Toronto and the rest of the GTA, and help people from every part of the province.
