The NEO secure client portal: your matter in one place

Every NEO client gets a secure online portal where you can follow your matter, share documents, sign agreements, message us and pay invoices.

Email chains and paper files make it hard to know where a legal matter stands. The NEO client portal keeps everything in one secure place, from the day you sign up to the closing letter.

What you can do in the portal

  • See your case timeline: each step as it happens, and what comes next.
  • Upload documents and see the ones we've prepared or received.
  • Read and sign your retainer agreement and other documents electronically.
  • Send and receive secure messages with our team.
  • See your invoices, trust statements and receipts, and pay online.
  • Get reminders before hearings and appointments.

How it is protected

  • You sign in with your email and password, or with Google or Microsoft.
  • Every page and file travels over an encrypted connection, and files are stored encrypted in private storage.
  • You only see your own matters. Staff see only what their role allows.
  • You are told by email if someone tries and fails to sign in to your account, and your profile lists the devices that have signed in.
