At Neo Legal Services Professional Corporation, we believe that everyone deserves competent legal representation, regardless of their financial situation. Our pro-bono program is an integral part of our commitment to the Ontario community.
Primary Initiatives
Community Support
Providing summary advice and guidance to individuals who may not qualify for traditional legal aid but face significant legal hurdles.
Educational Workshops
Offering free legal literacy sessions for students and community groups to educate them on their rights as tenants and employees.
Strategic Advocacy
Dedication to high-impact cases involving fundamental human rights or systemic issues that affect the public interest.
Eligibility
While we cannot accept every case pro-bono, we prioritize matters involving fundamental human rights, imminent homelessness, and severe workplace harassment.
Application Criteria
Preference is given to individuals who do not qualify for Legal Aid Ontario but cannot afford traditional fixed legal fees.
