When we send commercial messages

We only send commercial electronic messages when:

  • Express consent: you have opted in.
  • Implied consent: we have an existing relationship with you, for example you are a client or made an enquiry recently, within the limits the law sets.
  • Legal purposes: the message is about an ongoing matter or a required notice, which isn't marketing.
