The program

  • Sender: NEO Legal Services Professional Corporation.
  • What we send: conversational and informational, service-related texts, such as about your enquiry, intake, appointments, documents or case updates.
  • How often: it varies with your matter.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Opting in

On the Create Account page, under the phone number, tick the optional SMS consent box. It is never checked for you, and it is never required to receive legal services.

Opting out and help

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop texts.
  • Reply HELP for help, or call 888-519-2435.
