NEO is growing. Our Careers page lists the roles we are hiring for, what each involves, and how to apply.

What you'll find on the page

Each opening lists where it is based (remote, Pickering or hybrid), whether it is full-time or contract, the main responsibilities and the experience we are looking for, with an Apply Now button. Openings change as the firm grows, so the page is the place to check.

What we value

  • Innovation: using technology to make legal help simpler, including the practice platform we built ourselves.
  • Transparency: clear prices for clients, and clear expectations for our team.
  • Inclusion: a team that reflects the communities we serve.

This article is general information for people in Ontario, not legal advice. Rules, forms and deadlines change, and every situation is different. Check the current rule or speak to a licensed legal professional before you act.

Not sure where you stand? A licensed paralegal can look at your documents and tell you your options.
