Your documents and details are private and confidential. Here is what we do to protect them, in plain language.
Every page and upload travels over HTTPS, and the site tells browsers to always use the secure connection.
The database and file storage services we use encrypt the data they store.
Passwords are stored in scrambled (hashed) form, so staff cannot read them. New accounts confirm their email with a one-time code.
Staff see the clients and cases they are assigned to; only the administrators who run the firm can see everything.
Track Your Case emails a one-time code to the address on file before it shows anything about a case.
Licensed paralegals are bound by the Law Society's rules of conduct, which require them to keep client information confidential.
Use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else, and sign out on shared or public computers.
We will never ask for your password or a one-time code by phone, text or email. If someone does, it is not us.
No, and we want to be clear about that. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is controlled, but it is not end-to-end encrypted in the strict sense where only you and the recipient could ever read it. Our team has to read the documents you send us in order to act on them.
With our cloud providers: our database and file storage run on Supabase (on Amazon Web Services) and the website runs on Vercel. Data may be stored and processed on servers in the United States. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled.
The paralegals working on your matter and the administrators who run the firm. We do not sell your information.
