Paying NEO by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay

Paying for legal services should be simple and secure.

Ways to pay

• Online by card: Visa and Mastercard, through your client portal or our Pay page.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay: where they are offered at checkout on your phone or browser.
• Interac e-Transfer: details are on your invoice.

How card payments are protected

• Card payments are processed by Stripe, a payment processor certified to the highest level of the card industry's security standard (PCI DSS).
• Your card details are entered into Stripe's secure form and go straight to Stripe. NEO never sees or stores your full card number.
• You receive a receipt by email, and the payment appears on your invoice in the portal.

Money paid in advance

If you pay a retainer before work is done, it is held in our trust account, as the Law Society's By-Law 9 requires, until it is applied to an invoice.
