Our commitments under the AODA

  • Assistive devices: our team is familiar with assistive devices clients may use.
  • Communication: we communicate in ways that take a person's disability into account.
  • Service animals: welcome at our premises and consultations.
  • Support persons: a person with a disability may be accompanied by their support person.
  • Temporary disruptions: we give notice if a service or facility people rely on is unavailable.
  • Feedback: you can tell us how we're doing, and we respond.
