Three simple steps from your first message to a resolved matter: a licensed Ontario paralegal, a fixed fee agreed up front, and no hourly billing.
What happens, in order.
Describe what is happening and upload anything relevant: a notice, a ticket, a claim, a lease, a contract, a letter. You can book a free intake appointment online, send documents for a first review, or call us.
A vetted, Law Society-licensed paralegal reviews your matter and proposes a fixed-fee plan. You see what the work includes, what it costs, and which court or government fees apply, before you decide anything.
Once you accept the plan, we handle the filings, the hearings and the negotiation on your behalf, and keep you informed along the way.
Each of these has its own page.
Yes. The 15-minute intake is free and carries no obligation. We tell you whether we can help and, if we can, what it would cost.
Not always. Licensed paralegals can represent you in Small Claims Court, before many tribunals such as the Landlord and Tenant Board, and in Provincial Offences and some summary-conviction matters. If your matter falls outside what a paralegal may do, we say so and point you to the right professional.
You get a fixed-fee plan in writing before you commit. Our fee calculator shows starting prices for most services, and your plan shows the exact fee for your matter.
Use Track Your Case on the home page: enter your case number, reference or email, and we email a one-time code to the address on file. After that you can sign in to your dashboard to see documents, updates and messages.
